test: Add tests of Obsidian cache with labelled callouts

Description

• Add Obsidian version number to the Templater template mechanism that saves CachedMetaData for use by Cache.test.ts
• Add some test markdown files using callouts with labels - to confirm the underlying cause of Error with Tasks in Titled Callouts – Obsidian v1.6.0 to v1.6.4 [fixed by making v1.6.5 recreate its cache] #2890
  • These files contain a Tasks code block to allow quick visual confirmation in Obsidian to detect whether all the tasks in the file are found, in other words, whether the labelled callouts issue was fixed in Obsidian 1.6.5
  • This includes the files that I used to write up the Obsidian issue on the forum:
    • Tasks inside callouts have incorrect positions in the cache - Bug reports - Obsidian Forum
• Add two failing tests that confirmed cause of the above issue
• Update the saved cache contents with Obsidian 1.6.4.

This does confirm that 1.6.4 could fix #2890 - but only if the user knows that they need to force the Obsidian cache to be updated.

Motivation and Context

Goal: to demonstrate that Obsidian 1.6.4 really did #2890.

It turned out that I had to first make an edit to each of the affected files with callouts that have labels, in order for Obsidian to update its cache.

How has this been tested?

By automated tests.
