OBS Browser Source will not display websites or local files with ubuntu-desktop-minimal installed on top of Ubuntu Server 23.10

Expected Behavior

To be able to view either website or local files in OBS source

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Ubuntu Server 23.10
2. Install ubuntu-desktop-minimal & ffmpeg
3. Install OBS from ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:obsproject/obs-studio
sudo apt install obs-studio

4. Launch OBS studio and try to add a browser source
5. Installing ubuntu-desktop resolves the issue

• Interestingly enough, uninstalling + purging ubuntu-desktop does not bring the issue back.

Anything else we should know?

I have not checked on the package diffs between ubuntu-desktop and ubuntu-desktop-minimal nor tested with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I understand this is a strange edge case, but I wanted to create this issue for visibility to others in case someone else runs into this issue.

I have no idea what fixed it but I did the good ol sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y, installed vlc, rebooted and it worked.
