Update the parser with ocaml/ocaml#10437

The new tests are not all passing, I'm still figuring out what is accepted by this feature and what is not, not sure if type g = Foo : 'a 'b . 'a -> 'b -> t should not be accepted or if I'm missing something.

edit: the parser is a copy of the upstream one, so I guess this is not considered a valid input for the compiler either, I've fixed the tests.
No diff with test_branch.sh
