I'd like to suggest discussing #40 & the lost resolution bug; I'm a little shaky on whether I understand others' plans wrt message ordering, and I'm starting to do some things that I might have to rework if my understanding is very wrong, so I'd like to get on the same page about that.

That's a good suggestion @zenhack, thanks.

It would be lovely to get more agenda suggestions very soon, and some discussion about the upcoming meeting in advance, so I want to urge everyone to give the meeting a little thought now.

I'll review last month's minutes and active issues today and tomorrow.

What's the current status of running the test suite without TOR?

I've heard something about socket transport being worked on the previous call.

I've created two pull requests for the remaining two specifications (#73 and #72), both are very short. If there's time in the agenda I can always give a brief walk through of them and then update on the remaining work left in the NLNet grant.

note: TC39 meets this week, which means several Agoric folks are much less available.
