All Ocean Protocol software is licensed Apache-2.0, a permissive license with no "copyleft" or "share-alike" obligations.
Pleuston (and probably other software) uses the assets in this repository, and therefore the assets in this repository should have a license with the same spirit as the Apache-2.0 license, i.e. no "copyleft" or "share-alike" obligations. I think the closest such CC license is the CC-BY-4.0 license.
Therefore this pull request changes the license on the assets in oceanprotocol/art to CC-BY-4.0.
