Release SHA sums

These are the SHA sums of the actual installed releases. They are the SHA sums included in the octave_app_diagnostic_dump output, which you can compare to this list to see if an install has been altered.

They are calculated like this:

cd /Applications/Octave-<version>.app
tar c . | shasum -a 256 | cut -d " " -f 1
