Maybe it is just an issue with my evaluation setup but after putting a breakpoint in UnnormalizeActionProprio.observation() I noticed it was never hit.

In my case I just resorted to calling it manually. I don't know if it is an issue with the code I've added because right now I can't test the 03_eval_finetuned.py scripts but it might be worth to test it.
