Invitation email does not contain correct company name in from field

Impacted versions: Odoo Server 10.0-20170401 (community version)

Steps to reproduce:

1. login as admin user
2. click on dashboard
3. send an invitation to a user

Current behavior:

The from field does not show the company name correctly. The company name is set to CCS - Coach & Care Support and the email is set to info@coachcaresupport.com. But in the invitation email the from field shows: "CCS, Care Support info@coachcaresupport.com" instead of "CCS - Coach & Care Support info@coachcaresupport.com". It seems the '&' character is causing problems.

Expected behavior:

The from field in the invitation email should be: "CCS - Coach & Care Support info@coachcaresupport.com".

I had to set the correct company name under: Technical -> Email -> Templates-> Auth Signup: Odoo Connection
