  1. [REF] pos: use action for opening res_partner form 

    We have recently replaced the custom form for editing res_partner
records that was used in pos with the default `view` component from web.
( commit 2c068a7 )

In this commmit we simplify the code by using an action for this
purpose, instead of using the dialog service.
