Cannot retrieve audit log (dino)

Using Dino, it's not possible to retrieve the server audit log

Scenario

• Egeria v4 (as of 27 Mar - prerelease testing)
• lab (coco pharma) chart deployed on k8s
• server configuration -> building a data catalog notebooks run
• Launch react UI & start Dino
• Click on coco
• Expand 'server audit log' in left properties viewer
• Click on button to get audit log
• No entries are displayed

Yet, cocoMDS2 has plenty of audit log entries

(Related #461 relates to problem clicking twice - still exists)
