Running 3.9 Egeria with 3.8.0 react UI, within coco pharma k8s chart

Click on 'cocoMDS1'
Click on 'Audit Log->Get server audit log'
Returns 'There is no audit log information to display.'
Click again
Returns 'Operation getServerAuditLog failed with status 200 and message undefined'
