Rename OpenConnectorsArchive to CoreContentPack

Description

This PR:

• Renames the OpenConnectorArchive to CoreContentPack to be more in keeping with its role
• Changes the formula for generating qualified names for GovernanceActionTypes to use the governance engine's qualified name rather than its guid. This makes the qualified name guessable.
• Update the Automated Curation OMVS's http client request file to use the new names/guids for Governance Action Types
• Fix a bug in the archive helper that missed some of the properties in a specification
• Changed the GUID Map management to strip out GUIDs that are no longer used.
• Changed the version number used in the CoreContentPack to be the time that the file was generated to ensure updates are loaded into an existing repository.
