To develop with C#:

  • Install MonoDevelop and needed runtimes and compilers if you want to build on Mono
  • Install Visual Studio C# Express if you want to build on .NET
  • Install MySQL, Oracle or any other needed database connector

In order to build and install/deploy all projects you need to fullfil the following pre requisits:

  1. Setup a server and a development client including the getting the code
  2. Setup a database
  3. Run the build
  4. Run your Tests
  5. Setup the IDE's JEE, RCP, GWT, C/Perl/Python, Mono/NET
  6. Setup the build/deployment environment
