[Galaxy S7/S7 edge/Note 7] Update kernels to Linux 3.18.44 (1.4)

Dirtycow exploit fixed.
Disabled battery charging limit on Note 7.
My reason for this is that the issue is actually spontaneous
and does not depend on battery level or charging.
