Extending Nobrainer - a deep learning framework for neuroimaging

Project Description

Nobrainer is a tensorflow 2.0 based framework for creating and distributing neural network models for MR image processing. The goal of this project is to discuss the structure of Nobrainer and to make it easy for people to create and publish reusable models. Some of the recent work has focused on generative models for MR.

Skills required to participate

  • Python
  • Tensorflow 2.0 (Keras layers)
  • MR image processing

Integration

How would your project integrate a neuroimager/clinician/psychologist/computational scientist/maker/artist as collaborator?

We would love for individuals to post issues describing use cases, feature requests, and contribute code or new models to the project.

Try to define intermediate goals (milestones).

  • Increase trained models provided by nobrainer
  • Increase baseline architectures available
  • Provide model comparison

Preparation material

In addition to the code repo, these notebooks are intended to help guide individuals:

Oh sorry, I've just seen this. I am going to the train track venue today, but I can move easily to the Mercato Centrale as well. Next days I could do it better :)
