can RedSHift SQL be also posted.

Also, for users new to R, it may be nice to show R code that 'generates' the final SQL from parametized-SQL.

Hi Vojtech, I've included a Redshift version of the V4 -> V5 conversion script in the conversion directory along with an R script that uses SqlRender to translate from the OHDSI-SQL to the different dialects. Let me know if you have any questions.
