UTF-8 is the default in 1.1.0 instead of the Ruby default encoding. |

We encountered a segfault by dumping json in certain conditions. There seems to be an obsolete fclose which is likely caused by an merge / rebase fault. I think Oj should respect the default encoding on Ruby 1.9. For example, I'd expect an UTF-8 string when dumping a hash in this context:
