It's already in the C++ tarball

But since we're renaming to YSH, we want people to be able to use the new name
andychu pushed a commit that referenced this issue Apr 1, 2023
[release] Python tarball now has ysh symlink as well

We're renaming things, so this will cause less confusion.  Even though
the C++ / Python split is going to be confusing for awhile.

This is #1550.
