Apercu Pro is not a free font. Change it to HK Grotesk.

Lato is also an alternative (Google Drive Apps use it when HK Grotesk not available I think)

This PR also switches to only use the woff2 font format which is supported by all browsers we care about (and has 97% global coverage). See [caniuse](https://caniuse.com/?search=woff2).

Hugo complained about the closing tag missing when building the site.

* Replace proprietary apercu font with SIL licenses Hanken Grotesk
