Hallo,

von meiner Anfrage erhalte ich nur die Antwort Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender vom Mail Delivery System zurück.

Die für die Behörde hinterlegte Email ist wahrscheinlich falsch. Jedenfalls findet man die Email nicht mehr auf der Website des Amtsgerichts Hamburg. Laut Impressum gibt es noch VerwaltungAmtsgerichtHamburg@ag.justiz.hamburg.de, welche aber "ausschließlich für Verwaltungsangelegenheiten zur Verfügung" steht - zählt eine IFG-Anfrage als .Verwaltungsangelegenheit?

Generell wäre es in solchen Fällen wahrscheinlich gut, wenn man die Anfrage mit einem Status "Technische Probleme" markieren könnte.

Absolut richtig, wir müssen auch Bounces automatisch erkennen und darauf reagieren. Ich habe die Nachricht erneut an die neue Adresse verschickt.
