What does this PR do?

Add an endpoint to retrieve all journal entries of a user

Description of Task to be completed

Add tests that fail for endpoint
Build minimum solution for test to pass
Iterate on tests

How should this be manually tested?

API endpoint has been deployed to: https://my-diary-api.herokuapp.com/api/v1/entries
