Add support for `vips_image_get()` #43

As described in this issue I'd like to use image.get("vips-loader"); to query the image type, but there is no binding for vips_image_get().

This can be used to fetch various string metadata such as the
`vips-loader`, which in turn can be used to determine
the image type.
