Looking at an example plate currently published in IDR

There are no TIFF files corresponding to the wells C11 up to C14 on disk. Although the reader detects these wells as empty and does not populate them in the metadata, there is an issue in the way openBytes accesses the data. This result in wells C15 to C18 appearing as black, well C19 displaying the data of well C15 etc
