With the new BIOFORMATS-docs job in place on west-ci this is now ready to merge. The updated documentation looks good and the build has been completing (recent failures have been due to genuine link issues) and generating the correct artefacts. |

This pull request drops all Sphinx documentation from the bioformats repository, following their move to the new https://github.com/ome/bio-formats-examples and https://github.com/ome/bio-formats-documentation repositories.
Testing: Check that ci-master bioformats jobs remain green (except for the docs jobs, which are now disabled). The
matlabjob no longer builds the documentation matlab example.The disabled merge jobs are replaced by:
Note: these are identical to the regular merge and latest jobs, which also build the documentation. The only differences are that linkchecking is enabled by default, and only the examples and documentation artefacts are archived.
