add transforms and projection defs to model object glossary

Updates the list of every object following,

• add list of ProjectionDef to RenderingDef openmicroscopy#4705
• convert SVG string-based transforms to objects with properties openmicroscopy#4672
• add Experimenter.config and lengthen Session.userIP openmicroscopy#4762
• Projection def stepping openmicroscopy#4781

NB: This type of PR looks like a prime snoopy candidate :)

From what I recall, the primary limitation to simply including this generation in the autogen_docs script is that is requires a running server.
