Downloads client/5.5.0 announcement

Clients are no longer under downloads.o.org
This PR updates the links
The version and the size will have to be modified when ready for release

Further changes will be required to the "downloads" section. The proposed changes are the minimal ones that will not affect the layout of the page

Note: the link to the .exe does not work. The .exe was not attached to the m3 tag

The built version https://snoopycrimecop.github.io/www.openmicroscopy.org/omero/downloads/ looks good.
I suppose there will have to be another PR which will replace the m3 with 5.5.0-true-release-version-number ?

So we will not publicize the insight, insight-ij on https://downloads.openmicroscopy.org/omero/5.5.0-rc1/artifacts/ anymore, right (beginning as of 5.5.0-rc1) ?

See the header of the page (5.4 downloads) as found on the https://snoopycrimecop.github.io/www.openmicroscopy.org/omero/downloads/ (version built by snoopy).

If this is as expected, then the PR here is still working fine.

It is expected. We discussed dropping the minor version to avoid confusion since "openmicroscopy" could be at 5.5.0 and insight for example at 5.5.2

@jburel tested (including import to eel) and works as expected.
But, as already discussed with @rgozim , it would be good if there would be a shortcut created on the installation step - the other programmes ask about this when I am trying to install them on Windows (something like : should a shortcut be created on Desktop and or in Start menu ?). Otherwise it is a challenge to find where insight was installed.

@pwalczysko Having a short cut will be useful. But we can do that in a follow-up release. Could you create an issue on https://github.com/ome/omero-insight?

Few comments. Also travis is failing with the following. Not sure if that's a known issue.
