…ation-02. - Renames case-insensitive `definitions` field to `$defs` - Adds backwards compatibility for case-insensitive `definitions` field
Adds some backwards compatibility code that has no effect since those fields currently go unused. See Appendix A of JSON schema RFC draft-handrews-json-schema-validation-02.

This PR was born when this repository was a fork of the original
atombender/go-jsonschema.I now need to finish reviewing the changes and the linked issue, and then I will merge this and close all the original PRs.
