Currently, when an image served by o:graphicImage is hotlinked/bookmarked, and the server restarts, then images won't be served until the page containing o:graphicImage is requested again.

This can be solved by introducing @GraphicImageBean which should automatically mark the bean as eligible for serving graphic images.

This must make #287 possible.
