Is Multi Level Planning available in python? #1088

Hi!

Just a quick question. Is multi level planning available on python? When I try to run demos/multilevel/MultiLevelPlanningRigidBody2D.py, I get AttributeError: module 'ompl.geometric' has no attribute 'vectorSpaceInformation'. Also, QRRT isn't available.

Anything I can do to help?
