GitHub - omricarmi/FastHEVC: Harnessing deep learning to accelerate and improve the new HEVC encoder performance.

This software package is an enhancement for the reference software for Rec. ITU-T H.265 | ISO/IEC 23008-2 High efficiency video coding (HEVC). The reference software includes both encoder and decoder functionality.

Tested in Travis CI with Ubuntu and OpenCV 3.4.0
