I noticed that most comments started with
#(with a space after). I changed most of the remaining comments to be similar.I noticed that most filenames were 'filename' and there were a few named 'file'. I changed ones named 'file' to 'filename'.
Improved some comment text.
I fixed a bug on line 1056, where
$myvariablewas missing a quote
