Grand refactoring

I decided to rewrite significant parts of My Mind in order to improve the codebase and fix some long standing bugs. This issue tracks the progress that is happening in the ts+svg branch. Please note that this is rather large undertaking and might take some time.

• Use ES modules
• Use ES classes
• Typescript
  • Strict
• use native Promise
• bundle via esbuild
• render via SVG (will fix export image error #41, Another way to create map image #62, Blank Image Exports! #78, Export picture error #90, Save as -> Image leads to error #122 and maybe [FEATURE] Include images in map zoom #128)
  • fold/unfold via SVG
  • correct inline styles for export
• refactor code to modern standards (async/await etc)
• revisit existing backends
  • fix Google Drive (currently not working at all)
  • refactor Firebase to more recent API version
• revisit icon implementation
• revisit notes implementation
• revisit styling (flexbox)

• SVG rendering kinda works, minus styling
• most of the codebase is converted to TS, minus Formats, Backends and their UI
• folding currently broken

Progress update: most of the work is done. Needs some testing; can be released afterwards. Backends will be revisited as necessary.
