Blank Image Exports!

I've been using this nice tool for quite a while now (close to 2 or more years now), and one of the features I loved the most, was being able to export my mind maps as images (PNG). But, lately, I notice that no matter which browser I use, when I use the image export feature, I only get a blank PNG with nothing useful shown.

Am currently using the tool on Windows 10, if that matters (which I think it shouldn't, right?)

So, how to overcome this?

Some observations:

1. Saving as Image works for me; just tried (latest firefox, windows 10) with a simple Mind map and it worked. Would you be willing to share the Map that does not work?

2. saving as Image is kinda unofficial feature, as it relies on a server to do the image creation. But My Mind is a client-side application, so I need to use some publicly available machine for this purpose. This is currently working, but is unsupported and I cannot give any guarantees.
