Event management service and buildbot fix for test concerning event-in-stream-out transforms

• Modifies event management service methods to work with the reverted ion defs of Process and ProcessDefinition
• Fixes buildbot by ensuring that the EventToStreamTransform and EventTriggeredTransform_B transforms use the right publisher to publish. The TransformStreamPublisher, which these two transforms extend, has been modified recently and so the old way of calling the publisher does not work.
