Describe the bug

If I try sending an email to support, it automatically says I have iPhone 14.5 while I have iPhone 13
Same if I send it from iPhone XR, it is iPhone 11.8 in the email

To Reproduce

  1. Open Settings
  2. Press Send email to support

Expected behavior

the template email includes the device model that you are using (device_model)
