Finish package upgrades for security vulnerabilities

This is the last batch of upgrades to get our Snyk vulnerabilities down to an acceptable level.

The following vulnerabilities remain:

• Minor vulnerabilities in dependencies of kue@0.11.6, which has no newer version available
• Minor vulnerabilities in dependencies of knex@0.19.5, which is being tracked in [P1] Upgrade knex to 0.95.0+ #54
• Minor vulnerabilities in moment@2.8.3, which is being tracked in [P1] Ensure usage of RFC2822 or ISO date strings with moment() #52
• Minor vulnerabilities in @counterplay/warlock, which we are not susceptible to

Since the above vulnerabilities are not serious, I think we can consider our dependency upgrades largely complete, and continue to upgrade things over time as needed.

Hmm, initially I thought the bind is not a function errors I'm seeing were a result of upgrading pretty-error, but they're still occurring after test build.

I'll hold off on merging this until later, when I have more time to track it down.

Looks like it's related to the Knex upgrade. I'll check its upgrade guide and look more closely: https://github.com/knex/knex/blob/master/UPGRADING.md#upgrading-to-version-0950

Since there are about 180 files to update for the Knex 0.95.0 upgrade, I'll move that to its own issue so we can move forward with the other upgrades for now.
