This PR contains some polish; after this I'll tag v0.2 .
These two changes were triggered by the review of the joint Crab data, so cc @TarekHC @maxnoe @tony32lin @cosimoNigro @mackaiver - please note these small changes.
I also set the version number to 0.2 and applied some polish to the "about" text and to the generated PDF document, the main improvement is that it now has a table of content.
