Fix #3105 - ColumnValuesToMatchRegex & other fixes

This PR fixes #3105

• Fixed the implementation of LIKE and ILIKE metrics
• Fixed table queries to handle Hive issues for column count
• Added proper debugging to ease tracing of issues
• Implemented ColumnValuesToMatchRegex & fixed the JSON Schema title
