Add more packages that support mim to PKG2PROJECT in utils/default.py.

Modification

The follow packages are added to PKG2PROJECT :

• mmselfsup
• mmrotate
• mmflow
• mmfewshot (missing .mim)
• mmrazor (missing .mim)
