ConformalFLASH library for openMIROPT

This library is an extension of the open source project openMIROPT. This library is aimed at researchers interested in ConformalFLASH for Pencil Beam scanning (PBS) in proton Therapy.

This library provides the following functionalities :

• Optimize the shape of the ConformalFLASH energy modulator (CEM) that creates a spread out Bragg peak (SOBP) from a mono energy layer plan
• Compute different dose rates and export the dose rate maps as DICOM files
• Read ConformalFLASH treatment plans exported by the Raystation
• Analyze the machine logs to compute dose rates

The ConformalFLASH library is written in Matlab language.

This library is for research purposes only. It is not a medical device and may not be used for patient treatment.
