Changes

Note endpoint migrated to SDK.
Staff endpoint migrated to SDK.
Search endpoint integrated(See todo for more info, DataManagerSearch Line: 37).
Client account mapper issue fixed.
Client activation work around implemented and tested.
Minor code optimisation.

Apply the MifosStyle.xml style template to your code in Android Studio.
Run the unit tests with ./gradlew check to make sure you didn't break anything
