Historically, a man page was generated from the reStructuredText documentation.
This is superfluous and unique to Debian specific support and is removed by this PR.

ACK. I might take some time and write a more generic man page for opennds-daemon. In Debian (and other Linux distros) it is always "good" (actually nearly a requirement) to provide man page documentation for shipped executables.
