The ITS tag set allows setting translation properties that can be read by itstool (we already use this tool to translate openSÜSE). The main reason I am interested in having this tag set available is that it allows for the its:translate="yes|no" attributes.

This was fixed in commits 5e1cc51 and 758c4c8.
