Insert New Product error

I have just installed Opencart, but I am having problems inserting/adding new products.
Each time I try to add/insert, I get error/warning message that says:

"Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!.

Could someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

I would real appreciate a quick response.

I am at: http://www.thehubblex.com/webstore (It is still being modified on cpanel host)
