It seems that almost all Amazon modules (both modules/payments) follows an earlier template standard that displays differently than the standard of OpenCart 2.0.2.0 (frame is missing). Also the "text_edit" variable seems to be missing in some controller files, resulting in a PHP-errors in the .tpl file.

I am now in the process to go through all modules/payments/shippings and are fixing all those minor errors. If someone is interested i can mail them, to much work to make pull requests of every file here.

In addition to this. The WorldPay Payment module also suffers from this problem.
