owl.theme.css and owl.transitions.css are not attached into document. It should be added in slideshow.php or imported in owl.carousel.css cos' lack of it breaks some functions :)

it only breaks some functions that the carousel is not setup to use with the default opencart extension module.

in fact it causes css looking ugly if added.
