Added New zones. They are changed already since March 30, 2010 according to [http://likumi.lv/doc.php?id=207512](http://likumi.lv/doc.php?id=207512) Note that the zone codes are not postal codes. They are 'official' zone codes used for accounting. The only problem is - i don't know how to make an update script, as the old zones and new ones cannot be mapped - there are more new zones than old ones.
