Fix for removing 'first' option in admin #252

If you currently remove the first product option in the admin product page, then you end up with blank in the 'option area', reason being is the $('#vtabs a:first').trigger('click'); is called before the deletions, just need to move it after you delete the option.

The problem is very minor.
