While r/8.x is fine, the graphs are broken in the 9.x docs due to one line being removed from the build script. This patch simply re-introduces that line.

Seems like opencast#2602 was not enough. This dynamically removes the dependency from the `requirements.txt`. Which should make the whole process behave exactly like in `r/8.x`.
