There are few projects in OpenCB using Solr, it would be great to craete a new module with all the common functinality:

  • copy SolrManager from OpenCGA
  • craete a new FacetQueryParser for the new syntax, e.g.: chromosome>>type[SNV,INDEL]>>gerp:0:1:0.1
